Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing because I would like to complain about the clothes which I ordered by a post from your Gas Gas shop.

First of all, I ordered a T-shirt size M but when it arrives one month late, inside the package there was a t-shirt size XXL.

Secondly, the T-shirt was of Honda team and I asked a T-shirt of Gas Gas team

In addition, we agreed with the price of the T-shirt. It was 40$ but the dealer has earned 70$.                                                                                                                                                         

I am very disappointed with the service I have received. Therefore, I would receive  a compensation of the 30$ and the T-shirt that I ordered.
